The game was released on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Nintendo 3DS and Wii U on 28 June 2016. The packs are titled the "Droid Character Pack" and the "Phantom Limb Level Pack" respectively. Players who purchased the game's Deluxe Edition receive a season pass to the game and an exclusive LEGO minifigure of Finn, while players of the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions receive additional downloadable content, including a character pack and a bonus level. The game was later leaked by several retailers, before its official announcement on 2 February 2016. Interactive Entertainment teased that the company is working on a new title that involved "two of the world's most popular entertainment brands". In early February 2016, publisher Warner Bros.
